Our school admin will contact parents who applied online within 3 working days from submitting the application. The school team will schedule assessment & interview appointments and will clarify available payment methods.
Application fees will be refunded in case the school admin rejected the Form. In case of acceptance, parents will choose the financial plan that suits them best and pay their 1st installments within a week from the acceptance date.

The required documents are as follow:
• Submitted & approved application form
• 6 Passport sized Photographs
• 1 Original copy & 3 copies of a computerized birth certificate for Egyptian students
• 3 Copies of passport for non- Egyptian students
• 1 Copy of both parent’s IDs
The Smart School transportation service operates to help get students to and from their homes safely and securely. We give high priority to our busses to ensure that the service runs efficiently and safely. We consider the school bus as “an extension of the classroom.”, that is why we apply the highest standards possible of hygiene and sanitization to minimize any chance of infection spread. We make sure that the following measurements are taken seriously every day:
– Our bus drivers, matrons & students wear their masks all the time.
– Non-contact temperature detecting for students before riding the bus twice daily.
– Hand’s disinfection
– All busses are sterilized after each trip.
– Our maximum capacity is 13 students per bus.
– The Smart School Transportation Staff do their best to provide a safe and environmentally friendly journey to all our students.
