I started this year in Smart School as School Consultant. As a School Consultant, I am in charge of teacher training and advisory throughout the school year. I will also assist the Principal’s office with projects related to students’ well-being, such as setting a discipline plan.
I have earned degrees from Cairo University, University of California – Santa Cruz, and University of California – Irvine Valley in the United States. I bring over 30 years of experience in the education field, working as an educator, counsellor, trainer, and advisor. I had participated in and worked with various schools throughout the United States and Egypt.
My number one priority is the children’s well-being and how to help them achieve their full potential. In the past, I have accomplished this through listening, observing, and advising key individuals involved in the child’s learning process. Smart School students will be introduced to different behavioural pillars throughout the school year. They will continuously be recognized and rewarded for their behaviour and personal development. The Smart School family needs to help our students with personal growth, guide them beyond their education, and track life.
